Hmm, Dora has been reading too many Cosmos. She obviously fell for the thin-is-in thing. And I guess she thought she was too dark and did a Michael Jackson and bleached her skin a bit. And she believes, apparently, that jewelry makes one's eyes nice and shiny.
But, seriously, why is this necessary? Dora (the current one, not the new one) is just a normal little girl. Why do they have to make her into an uber-feminized, tiny wristed, skipping girly-girl? Can't little girls (and boys!) avoid that, just a little, before they're bombarded with it as they get older???
